Painted Walk Way and Deck Cleaning in Atlanta, GA

Customer was in the process of starting some home renovations. He wanted to get his front walkway and deck cleaned before he could paint and stain the areas. We went to work by wetting down the area and applying our standard cleaning solution. This job required our soft-washing capabilities because or pressure washer would have stripped the paint and etched the wood decking. We then scrubbed the area with course bristle brush and then washed the area with a low pressure rinse. we repeated this process twice on the painted steps and four times on the deck. We finished by putting down a coating of our chemical solution to slow the growth of any organics.
